This endpoint allow's customers to update a transaction's category, forcing it to return always the same category and ignoring the categorization provided by Pluggy.

The most important thing is that this provides feedback to Pluggy about a transaction that might be miscategorized, and will be validated by humans to provide feedback to Pluggy's model as a new annotation. This could be accepted or not, since Pluggy's model is used by all customers.
